Wines You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. State and Federal laws don't allow direct-to-consumer wine shipments for all 50 States. Currently, our facility may ship wine to the following states: California, Colorado, Florida (some zip codes restricted),Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio and Texas. Kansas state laws prohibit a Kansas farm winery shipping wine direct to the Kansas consumer. The laws of Tennessee, Kentucky, Maryland and Utah strictly prohibit wine shipments, making it a felony.
