about visiting any of our three locations is the wide selection of gift
items you will find in our stores.

However, the
laws and permits for all 50 States are not uniform. For instance,
we cannot ship wine to Tennessee, Utah, Maryland and Kentucky. We
also cannot ship direct to Kansas consumers. There are other
restrictions in other states, but the laws are perpetually changing.
Currently, we can sell and ship wine to persons
residing in the following states: Colorado, Florida (some zip
codes are restricted),Georgia,Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico,
Ohio and Texas. Other restrictions may apply. Please
contact us by email or by calling
866-225-2515 if you have any questions regarding purchase or shipment of
wines. It is currently a felony to ship wine from our facility to
Tennessee, Utah, Maryland or Kentucky. |
